I rown a company that uses ATV's and UTV's daily. So far, we've bought all of them from Elliff Motors in Pharr. I can't imagine buying somewhere else, not just because of their prices but because of their customer service. I don't write reviews often, and even less so, thank someone for taking my money. Then again, it's not often that I consistently get the level of customer service I have gotten at Elliff.
Guy's, thank you for being great vendors, getting me what I need, when I need it, and streamlining the paperwork and applications to get in and out quickly. I'll keep coming back.

From the first call to the payment at the end, I would HIGHLY recommend their services! They gave me an estimated timeframe over the phone and stuck to it. Anything regarding towing, hitches, ball mounts, light harnesses, please do yourself a favor and go here first.
Purchased new 2021 Ranger with good sales service. Salesman communicates well. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars because light switch mount was broken (salesman ordered) and headlights were not adjusted properly (had to do my self). Not a big deal but it’s new and should be inspected. Most machines are on back order but other than that smooth process.
Friendly and courteous service, respectful and no-pressure sales team and a great selection. That is the best way I can describe Elliff Motors. I have purchased, trailers, parts among other things and every time I have visited the store the experience is the same. As someone who looks for superior customer service I cam wholeheartedly recommend this store to everyone.
